LABOUR PAIN ACTIVITY

Labour pain is often the most requested topic for discussion in prenatal education programs. Women want good information about pain and strategies for dealing with it in labour. This pack contains a set of charts that describe the physiology of pain (and full teaching notes for the educator) and a practical activity that enables parents to explore important self-help concepts for managing labour pain. Teaching tips, aims and learner outcomes and presentation notes are also included.
